I took my car to All American Ford in Old Bridge for a collision repair and the level of service was outstanding. Starting with the service advisor Allison Schwartz who managed my service request and ke collision repair and the level of service was outstanding. Starting with the service advisor Allison Schwartz who managed my service request and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. She was always pleasant and professional. The other individual that I had contact with was Pat in the auto body shop there at the Old Bridge location. He too was outstanding in the level of service he provided. He was very thorough in examining the damage on my car and explaining to me what was needed in the repair along with providing an approximate timeline for it. Both of them also were very responsive when I pointed out a minor issue once my car was returned to me and are working with me to address it. This is my second time dealing with the service department at All American Ford and I will say that on both occasions the level of service has been outstanding. Thanks folks More
Very unprofessional dealership from top to bottom. The only person I had an okay experience with was Chris my salesman. Came from out of state to New Jersey and bought a vehicle. Dealership waited well over two weeks to send my paperwork to my home states DMV causing my temporary plate from them to expire while waiting for my plate. Every time I called for an update I was pushed on to someone new and nobody knew what was going on with my paperwork/plate. Spoke to several “managers” and every single one had 0 clue about the situation then tried to blame me for not contacting them sooner when I was calling every other day trying to get an answer about where my stuff is. Receptionist had an attitude and made some rude comments to herself about me without realizing her phone wasn’t on hold yet. Ended up getting my plates and everything almost 2 months later. Almost a whole month after my temporary tag from them expired. Had to call ford corporate multiple times and get the dealership on the phone with them. I’d never buy from here again. A very unprofessional dealership that doesn’t do a thing for you after they get your money. Never have had issues with a dealership like this and if you’re thinking about coming in from out of state to buy from them just forget it and save yourself the headache. More

Has a issue with my trucks front end making noise and every time I brought it in it would stop. They were very patient with me and eventually found the cause which was covered by warranty. There was some time waiting for the finance office to be ready to write everything up and in that time, Jamie and I talked about life, the Mets, and everything in between.
