This is the second car we have purchased at All American Ford. Both times it was a good experience. The salespeople are very helpful. We explained our situation and what we could afford and they had a perfect match to our old vehicle. We were still waiting for the insurance company to send us a check and they agreed to hold the car for us. Jamie our salesman was the best. He provided all the necessary information we needed and checked in periodically to see how things were going with the insurance company. Fortunately we were able to come up with the money within a week and made arrangements to make the purchase. The car was cleaned and ready to go when we got there. Just a great experience. My service manager, Karen, is outstanding. She goes the distance to explain every step and option. The dealerships facilities are also very accommodating for those who have to wait for their vehicle. I purposely travel 45 minutes out of my way to bring my Ford to them even though I have a Ford dealership 10 minutes away from my house, as All American Ford goes above and beyond every time and treats its customers like family. I cannot recommend them enough when it comes to servicing or purchasing/leasing a vehicle. More

Renee is always courteous, friendly and follows up with her customer with a video showing what is being done for your vehicle good and alerting you of any safety issues that arise. She even gives you an estimate of the cost of the repair so you can make a decision address the repair needed. I chose to replace the front brake pads and rotors. Clinton was my Servicectech who performed the replacent for the brake pads and rotors early this morning on record time. I trust All American Ford Service with my Mariner 2008 implicitly.
