Waited 25 minutes to check car in for a scheduled service appointment (oil change). The appointment took an hour longer than I was told when I scheduled. They rotated the tires, but did not bother to check t appointment (oil change). The appointment took an hour longer than I was told when I scheduled. People were friendly throughout, but service department seems overwhelmed. More
