We came to All American Ford after a family member had previously purchased a new truck about 4 months ago. We were lucky enough to find a great deal on a used 2009 F-150. However recently was the first time I dealt directly with Lease Return Manager Frank Pedi. He has many responsibilities, however the fact that he chose to assist me himself without directing me to a general sales person was greatly appreciated. Five-Stars for every aspect of the transaction. I was extremely impressed with not only his knowledge of the vehicles he was showing me, but he also explained the entire process and throughout the day made sure I was comfortable. I was very satisfied with the price and taking possession of the vehicle at the end of the day went very smoothly.
