Brought my expedition for service multiple times for rough shifting in the transmission. Dealt with Mike Ferrono as my service advisor. DO NOT LET MIKE FERRONO BE YOUR ADVISOR. HE’S DISRESPECTFUL AND A rough shifting in the transmission. Dealt with Mike Ferrono as my service advisor. DO NOT LET MIKE FERRONO BE YOUR ADVISOR. HE’S DISRESPECTFUL AND A LIAR. A tech and I went on a test drive and confirmed the abnormal shifting. A few days later I get a call from Mike saying that another tech was unable to verify the problem after taking the car out. Wife and I recorded the mileage after my first test drive with the first tech and the mileage was no different. Which means it never went in the road at all. Brooke, the service manager, was contacted and she had to take over. Long story short the foreman Al and I verified the issue and he made the repair in a timely manner. I recommend this service department but make sure you avoid Mike Ferrono. More

Got into an argument with the service advisor and there now there are all sorts of problems and lights on in my car after I left same issue repaired.
