Thank you for taking the time to email me. I am excited Thank you for taking the time to email me. I am excited with my new car purchase. The staff at Fiat of Maple Shade is an exceptionally knowled Thank you for taking the time to email me. I am excited with my new car purchase. The staff at Fiat of Maple Shade is an exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, outstanding group of folks! I'd like to take this time to speak about the outstanding sales service of Michael Barone and the phenomenal extra care and dedication that Rich Eyman provided. Michael Barone possess superlative sale skills. His ability of taking the pressure of purchasing a car off of the consumer and making them feel at ease made my visit and experience at Fiat Maple Shade a very pleasurable venture. Michael's sales demeanor is welcoming and friendly. You feel as if your catching up with an old friend that you have not seen in years. It's obvious that Michael enjoys selling cars by the keen expertise and FAQ's he can tell you about the industry. Michael went the extra mile by taking out time to refresh my memory on how to drive a manual transmission, and he also showed my wife who has never driven a stick some very basic driving skills. Rich Eyman, wow - what can I say about this other amazing man from Fiat Maple Shade. Rich was kind enough to get us back to the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep Dealership because we needed to retrieve some items from our rental (which by the way requires yet a another Big Shout Out to Michael Barone who told us that Fiat of Maple Shade would return the rental to Enterprise for us so that my wife and I could ride home together - talk about stellar performance;this guys picture should be in the dictionary next to that word-really, who thinks to offer such distinguished service these days - hold onto Michael Barone he's a keeper.) But, wait I'm still not finished talking to you about Rich Eyman. Now,I'm figuring this man is off the clock because it's after 6pm but; he notices the difficulty I'm having with shifting my new manual transmission Mercedes Benz C240 (I love saying that :)-- So, instead of just letting me and my wife figure it out on our way back to NY, Rich take's me to a mall and provides personalized instruction's so that I would be able to drive home with gear shifting knowledge, a better level of comfort and in safety. Rich Eyman is a first-class world class guy who exudes excellence for the caring of your customers safety. His performance was superb and brilliant, we are thankful that he so dedicated towards customer service. I commend Fiat of Maple Shade for their brilliance in hiring staff members like Michael Barone and Rich Eyman. Both of these men offered high ranking impressive service and are champions to your industry and dealership. My wife and I salute them. Thanks so much for the experience. I went in for a minor service issue that another dealer didn't resolve. These guys nailed it while I waited. They even had the part in stock. My long nagging problem is now solved! They even gave me a full didn't resolve. These guys nailed it while I waited. They even had the part in stock. My long nagging problem is now solved! They even gave me a full explanation of what the problem was and showed me the old part. The service area is nice and clean and well lit. Great experience! More
Nice dealership! Got a great deal on a 2012 Fiat Sport! George Fazekas is the best sales person on the lot. Make sure you see him when you go to get your Fiat. George Fazekas is the best sales person on the lot. Make sure you see him when you go to get your Fiat. More
TL;DR Version- I would not go back, nor would I recommend them. After they have a deal negotiated service goes plummeting downhill. Even the most mundane promises aren't met- to the point of outright lying them. After they have a deal negotiated service goes plummeting downhill. Even the most mundane promises aren't met- to the point of outright lying. Not worth the hassle. Three weeks since we got our car and it's been a nightmare. If I could do it all over again, I'd go out of my way to get to someone competent rather than return to these guys. Price-wise we didn't get a great deal, but we weren't bamboozled. We waited about 2 hours to get to our paperwork even though it was just us and one other couple. While we were waiting we were told our car was being detailed and four times we were told we'd get it with a full tank of gas. Apparently, it's a lot easier for them to talk about it than it is for them to do it. When we finally escaped we realized we only had a half tank of gas. Why make a point of bragging about how you're hooking us up with a completely mundane perk- and then not provide the perk? The next day we opened the back to find crumpled receipts, a glove, and a case of CDs. Their definition of "detailing" is different than any other dealership as well. They also insisted that they needed us to review them within 48 hours or it wouldn't count on this website which is obviously an outright lie that makes a lot of sense when you find out how bad their after-sale service is. We traded in a car and were told that they would come pick it up. They wanted to pick up it during the day Monday. Waited at home all day, no-show. Got a call Monday night around 8:00 while we were out. Four or five phone calls we made during the week went un-returned. When we did eventually hear back we were told they would be there 4:15 the following Monday. My husband rushed home from work to sit around and wait since no one showed. We called a few times, the one time he answered he told us he'd call right back- he was definitely coming. He didn't show. Finally on Thursday two weeks after we purchased the car, my husband called the manager (much to the sale person's dismay) and he came and got it. We had less than a week from that point to have the tags transferred over before the temporary tags expired. My husband took his first opportunity to go down to the DMV just to find that the dealership had done the paperwork for the plate transfer wrong. Now we can't even drive our car, and we get to spend the weekend going back to the dealership to try to get this rectified. I'd say with how service has gone so far I'm not at all optimistic. More

Got a Mini Cooper S clubman from the dealership. Drove all the way from Reading, Pa because the dealership was recommended to me by someone from Jersey. The salesman, Bobby, was very inexperienced and did all the way from Reading, Pa because the dealership was recommended to me by someone from Jersey. The salesman, Bobby, was very inexperienced and did not address any of my concerns. I asked for the price to be lowered 1,000$ and they never addressed it. Being a young woman, I knew nothing about cars or purchasing one without the help of my parents. The odometer read 18,000 miles when the papers said it had 15,000. Too bad I did realize this until I got home. Because of this, my "warrenty" was no more. I got the car looked at by a foreign car shop in Reading and was informed that my wheels were all bent, were not holding air, and would not pass PA state inspections. Called the dealership right when I found this out and no one called me back. Left 6 messages with 6 different people. Never heard anything back and never got the survey that the salesman, Bobby, kept saying he always got such good reviews on. Completly taken advantage of, and sold me a car that ended up costing me 2,000$ for new mini cooper wheels, 1 week after I bought it. Never addressed wheels, mileage, or anything. I would not recommend Fiat of Maple Shade to anyone, ever. More
Our experience with this dealership was a very good one. My husband and I thought that everyone was very friendly even the service department were friendly and very helpful. When we were waiting for our car My husband and I thought that everyone was very friendly even the service department were friendly and very helpful. When we were waiting for our car, one of the servicemen came out and asked us which car we purchased and he looked over the vehicle and pointed out that we have a small crack in our side mirror and they replaced the mirror right away. It seemed to us that all the employee's in this dealership were team players. I would absolutely recommend this dealership (Fiat of Maple Shade of New Jersey) to my family and friends. More
Mike made my husband and I feel welcome and comfortable. He never pressured us and he made us feel valued. I would definitely purchase a car from him in the future. He never pressured us and he made us feel valued. I would definitely purchase a car from him in the future. More
