GOOD THINGS COME IN BIG PACKAGES I actually am writing this review for not only Fiat of Maple Shade but also Cherry Hill Triplex as a whole. I needed a Dodge 3500 ram and every time I I actually am writing this review for not only Fiat of Maple Shade but also Cherry Hill Triplex as a whole. I needed a Dodge 3500 ram and every time I went to purchase it it was just sold by on hour prior, I went to Bill Kopp and Charlie Foulke Jr. who within 2 days had me in touch with their acquistions manager Pete Marich. In 2 more days he had the truck I was looking for and had taken a diesel mechanic with him to go over the truck. My wife and I have bought cars before and anyone will tell you it can be an all day process. We had a double car trade in then purchase and we were in and out in 2 hours flat with our new baby!! The level of Professionalism and care given to our purchase did not stop there , Charlie Foulke asked if I needed anything else for the truck and had the items I needed installed painlessly quick! I vote is if you need a great deal and not a tooth clenching experience. Let Charlie Foulke and his team of dealerships make your dreams come true too! More
Beware We went to Fiat if Maple Shade to buy our daughter a car . Day 1: The car we were interested was a certified Fiat 500c . Internet price $9295 . Loved the car and the salesmen's figures were at $15000way over the online price !! We left , after a few days I was in contact with the internet dept. and they said the car was available and yes it was a mistake I can get the car for the internet price . We had a 7pm appointment and still had to wait to see someone . After the wait we said we would take the car , John the sales manager said that car is certified and that adds $1500 to the internet price !! He said "I don't care what the people in Cherry Hill say !" It's my car and it's certified !! Needless to say we came home without the car and just a very bad experience .left with the feeling we were going to pay for walking out the first time . We had the money to purchase the car no trade in should have an easy deal and they want to play number games More
Rude. Unprofessional. Unethical. Disgusting This dealership needs to be closed down as soon as possible. I was sold a defective car and now they will not fix it. My car now has no value to them, This dealership needs to be closed down as soon as possible. I was sold a defective car and now they will not fix it. My car now has no value to them, so they say, so it is not worth fixing and because they won't fix it, I have to inhale mold every time I get in my car. I am sure this car has never been through an inspection. They would not get me a rental or a loaner car. Told me I could sit there all night if I wanted to waiting for a rental place to have a car available but it didn't matter to them because they closed at 9pm. They basically want me to pay off the defective car that I have and then purchase a new one. I know how this situation will play out if I where to do something like that. I would turn over the car, continue to pay for it as well as buy another one and they would fix the one I turned in and put it back on the floor for sale making double the money for one car! Absolutely ridiculous. I was there for 7 hours and still have to leave with mold growing my carpets. More

When I picked up the car a few hours later, I was absolutely delighted with the work that was done. And to make the experience even sweeter, my car had been washed and vacuumed! Great people who know what they're doing. I'm definitely going to have my future maintenance work done at this dealership. More

She is such a sweetheart and actually went through everything with me and they were able to get my payments a little lower and they even got my APR down a bit. So thankful cause I know love my car. While discussing the price quote with salesman, Steve, my GF called and told that we need a jump for our car. After waiting outside for like 15 minutes for technician to give us a jump, I came in again and Steve told me wait for a little bit bc he is still working on the price. He went to the back and couple minutes later, Sam Washington, an online sales manager, came out and gave me a different price. How can you go from $16,995 for an online price to $20,000? He told me that the KBB has it for around $20,000. What kind of KBB book is this dealership looking at? I told him I don't agree with the price. He then told me to call AAA for assistance. Saw a customer outside the parking lot and asked him to give me a jump. He went inside and asked someone to help me. A minute later our salesman's manager came out with the portable battery charger. It only took less than a minute for a jump and no one in that dealer was bothered to help us only after the fact that a customer came in and told them that we need help. If it was not for that customer, we would have stayed there until AAA come. It is such a disgrace for a big car dealership to treat customers like that. The online sales manager, Sam Washington, is so rude and inconsiderate. More
