Unethical dealership I've never had a bad experienced at a car dealership until today. Upon arriving we were greeted and told they were short staffed, which was no problem I've never had a bad experienced at a car dealership until today. Upon arriving we were greeted and told they were short staffed, which was no problem. After looking around we were approached by Vince who was in charge of wholesale. He was wonderful and if he was our salesman we would have walked out with a car. He made sure he showed us everything we were looking for and as far as I'm concerned we were sold on the Alfa Romeo. Since Vince wasn't a salesman another man came out to close the deal. Peter was our salesman. He walked us in while he was vaping which I found highly unprofessional. He then got up from the desk to get numbers, or so I thought. He came back and wrote us a message on a white sheet of paper asking us to sign that we'll close the deal. Never in my life have I been asked to sign a hand written note that I promise to buy a car from someone. Worst of all is none of the management seemed to find his actions inappropriate. Buyer beware this is a shady dealership. My business was instead taken to Fullerton where they show some dignity and run a more respectable dealership.. More

Purchase My husband and I went to this dealership because it’s time to buy my new car. First let me paint a picture for you. Today It is raining outside and it My husband and I went to this dealership because it’s time to buy my new car. First let me paint a picture for you. Today It is raining outside and it’s around 4pm on a Thursday and their is one other customer in the establishment that is talking to a salesman. Upon entering the dealership, no one greeted us and we looked around by ourselves. They did not have the car i was interested in inside, so we went outside to locate it. I saw at least 2salesman, 1 sales woman and the desk attendant, not sure if he was a salesman inside, none of which was with a customer or on the phone. Again, no one approached us or asked if we needed assistance while exiting the building. So after not being able to locate the vehicle ourselves we went back inside, again no assistance, so I than approached the desk and asked for help. A salesman then took us outside for the car I wanted to see and he could not locate it. After wondering around for 10 minutes, we asked to see a similiar model. We finally asked to see a vehicle that we thought was similar and he said, we had to wait until he located the keys. Really, we have been wondering around in the rain for 10minutes and you have no keys or access to vehicles on hand? At this point we declined his insufficient effort and left. Seriously, today was my day that my husband was to buy my new car, and this dealership literally rained on my parade. More

Airbag recall on purchased vehicle Purchased a used Ford Ranger from here. The Autocheck report presented by the dealer did not show any active recalls. Had a Ford dealer run a Carfax Purchased a used Ford Ranger from here. The Autocheck report presented by the dealer did not show any active recalls. Had a Ford dealer run a Carfax report which showed the active Takata air bag recall which is affecting owners of millions of vehicles. I am now waiting patiently for next steps from Ford to get the airbag repaired. While there is no federal law requiring dealers to not sell cars/trucks with recalls, I feel that this dealer did not use full disclosure in selling me this vehicle. Had I known this before hand, I would not bought it. I have been trying to sell my truck, but no one wants to entertain buying it due to the recall issue. I in part, blame myself for not having researched further but as typifies many car dealers, all they seem interested in is making a sale. I continue to make monthly car loan and insurance payments on a vehicle, with a defective airbag, that could cause passenger or driver injury if involved in an accident. More

He was very honest about the price and really helped me thru the process. This is not my first purchase and I did get a very good price at this dealership (FIAT of Maple Shade). Michael was kind enough to deal with the managers and get me the best price. We got to the dealership late around 8:00 PM and it took a long time to close the deal. John the manager stayed to help us make the deal. The coffee was good but they had no 1/2 & 1/2 cream so Michael went and got some for me, I thought this was very nice. More

Bait and switch I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership. I spent 5 hours going back and forth with the sales staff on what I would pay. At the end of that 5 hours I shook the managers hand as he "gave" me the right price. Then I had to sit down and fill out over 20 papers being rattled off for what each meant. At around 10 pm on the last line if the last paper, they had switched the price. They said I could sign the document and then we'd work on lowering the price. That was not the case. I understand it was my fault for not thoroughly reading each legal document but it shouldn't take a law degree to purchase a fiat. Highly recommend going somewhere else. More
