Super customer service This was the only Alfa dealer that was straight forward, honest and wanted my business. I had gone to other dealers who said this then showed me that. This was the only Alfa dealer that was straight forward, honest and wanted my business. I had gone to other dealers who said this then showed me that. I live 2 hours from them but it was totally worth the 4 hour trip to pick up the car. I worked with Pete as my sales person. Pete picked me up form the train station early, he took great care of me. The paper signing was the most fun and easiest ever and Eddie who constructed the deal was great. If you want an Alfa in the tri state- go here, simple as that. More
Never Had Such a Rude Experience Utterly pathetic dealership salesmen. Most dealerships understand that to sell something as expensive as a vehicle to a customer, you have to develop Utterly pathetic dealership salesmen. Most dealerships understand that to sell something as expensive as a vehicle to a customer, you have to develop a rapport with them. You have to make their business feel wanted and valuable, and certainly not treat them as though your dealership is STOOPING to sell them a car. I've been to several Alfa Romeo dealerships across the Pennsylvania and Maryland area, and all of them were courteous and professional. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, and they bent over backwards to make me feel like my business was valuable. Maple Shade's Brian Stevio and his friend (Travis, I believe?), however, seem to have it in their minds that they would be doing me a favor by selling me a car. It began like most other dealer transactions of mine do -- I tell the dealership specifically what car I'm looking for (colors, options, trim level, etc.) -- in this case, a red on red Giulia Ti Sport with AWD, all driver assistance packages, and that's it. He seemed courteous enough at first, and after my first sour experience with Maple Shade, I'd put it enough behind me to give them another chance. He called me back a few minutes later and said he had a Giulia that I'd be interested in, but unfortunately it was a fully-loaded model with an MSRP of $54,000. I told him I wasn't interested in such a high-dollar car, and that I had a quote from both a dealership in Maryland and my local Alfa Romeo dealership in Mechanicsburg for $42,000 for a car at the equipment level I wanted (but neither were the correct color combination -- one was black on red, the other red on black). Now, to clarify, the Giulia I built on their configurator came to $48,000. It was red on red Ti Sport with AWD, had yellow brake calipers, and had all the driver assistance technologies (plus the advanced headlights) included. I specifically told the dealer I DID NOT WANT ONE with a sunroof or the upgraded audio, or any other extraneous options -- they simply would make the car too expensive. I told the salesman to get with his manager and figure out the break-even price on the car, and he came back about fifteen minutes later with $47,000 as his figure -- a good price for anyone in that bracket, but I had heard $42,000 as I said from closer dealerships (admittedly, these were likely clearance cars they just couldn't move). The dealer said $47,000 was as low as he could go, and while I respected that, I told him the offer was just not good enough for where I wanted to be. He told me I was "...very rude and I wish you luck." I was half-tempted to tell him off, but I hung up on him and set his number to my block list instead. Terrible dealership experience (TWICE, now!). They were so immature that they actually put me off Alfa Romeo period. I will never, ever give Fiat of Maple Shade a moment of my time ever again. I cannot recommend enough that you look elsewhere if you have your heart set on an Alfa. More

They are very polite, answer all my questions and take my concerns seriously. The work gets done quickly and I feel like my car’s in good hands. An inspection station didn’t pass my Fiat because they were unfamiliar with how Fiat shocks work. I immediately brought it to them. They checked out the car and explained it was working perfectly and wrote out an explanation for the inspection station asking them to call the dealership if there were further questions. They didn’t charge me. Prices are reasonable and they don’t come up with work you don’t need. They’re great! More
No problems Battery died. Car still under warranty. Had coupon for oil change, rotation ofttimes and general inspection. I was taken care of politely and efficien Battery died. Car still under warranty. Had coupon for oil change, rotation ofttimes and general inspection. I was taken care of politely and efficiently. Early on, I taken the car in for oil changed they found a bolt in the oil pan. They had to take motor apart to find out where the bolt came from. The problem there was the loner car they gave me was a truck from Enterprise. Hard for me to drive..too big. Had to go to another Enterprise to switch to smaller car. Other than that no problems. Dealership that harasses past customers Horrible service!! I had to take my BRAND new car back over 21 times. They handled it unprofessionally and never fixed the problem. To top off my horr Horrible service!! I had to take my BRAND new car back over 21 times. They handled it unprofessionally and never fixed the problem. To top off my horrible experience with them, they have been harassing me with phone calls and text messages. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to stop calling/texting. I have been told by over 10 DIFFERENT people that they will take me off whatever list that has my phone number. Three years later they still call, three times in the last week and a half. I have filed with the BBB and they still call me. They truly make me feel sick. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
