For the most part, bringing in my Fiat for service has been very good to excellent with a few exceptions involving getting TSB taken care of, which they seem reluctant to do (push back from Fiat?). Amazing customer service I did not even buy my car from this dealership but when my car broke down on the way to Philadelphia, this was the closest Fiat dealer. Bruce, the service manager on duty, took the time to help me get the car towed and then explain what my options were for the repairs. Then when I wasn’t able to pick the car up during working hours, he made arrangements for me to pick it up from his home! He made a very stressful situation into a story with a happy ending. If you are considering buying a car in the area or need your car serviced, do yourself a favor and go see this dealership. They go the extra mile. More
