I came to Maple Shade Fiat knowing the exact car I wanted, to replace my much beloved Fiat 124 Spider which was totaled while stopped at an intersecti I came to Maple Shade Fiat knowing the exact car I wanted, to replace my much beloved Fiat 124 Spider which was totaled while stopped at an intersection. They had the car, and had it ready for me for inspection. Sales consultant Kristian Ramos was the best. He was very personable, no pressure, and came back with a great price without me having to haggle. He also arranged for the optional paint protection coating to be applied while we did the paperwork, even though it was a busy Saturday.while we did the paperwork. I am a 64 year old sports car buff, who was surprised by Kristian's knowledge of older British and Alfa Romeo sports cars, and the history of these marques. The paperwork, although unavoidably extensive, was well explained by the business manager and easy to understand. When the paperwork was done, my car was ready and immaculately prepped. I was shown the features of my car that were upgrades from my previous 124 Spider, and my wife and I were even given accurate directions from staff as to a better way home to Pennsylvania. I would strongle recommend Kristian and the staff of Maple Shade Fiat and Alfa Romeo to anyone who wants a real "driver's" car at a good price. More
Always a bad experience. I’ve had my Fiat for 4 years now and have it serviced there several times. Each and every time is a disappointing and frustrating experience. I belie I’ve had my Fiat for 4 years now and have it serviced there several times. Each and every time is a disappointing and frustrating experience. I believe at this point they do not care about you or your business. The last time, just 2 weeks ago, I had my car serviced and needed to have one of the washers jets adjusted for direction. It was completed and the next day I went to use it and the washer fluid was empty...even after my paperwork stated all fluids were topped off. May seem minor but I’ve also had a bolt or rivet rolling around in the frame of the vehicle since I purchased it. 3 service managers and multiple trips for service and it’s still there. Really? THEY JUST DONT CARE!!! I even contacted “corporate “, but they just keep passing me back to the dealer for more frustrations. Maybe they would care if the media got involved?? More
Wonderful service I noticed that my rear pas side tire was losing air. They found a nail in my tire, plugged it, and washed it all while I waited during my lunch hour.
