I was late, Maple Shade was on time! I arrived to the dealership bit late. Brian accommodated me, promised me a pick up time . Wonderful low-pressure team This is my second Fiat 500L from here and even though I had had some issues on my original (first model year), they ALWAYS made good on everything and This is my second Fiat 500L from here and even though I had had some issues on my original (first model year), they ALWAYS made good on everything and always treated me well. I loved my first one and JUST got a second! These are fun cars, and if you never sat in the L with the trekking package and giant moon/sun roof, it is really cool! If you go now, you will get to see two really cool Alfas in the show room! Have fun and wave if you see an Orange 500L in the area! More

Wonderful staff — but BEWARE the pricing I brought my year-old Alfa Giulia in at 16,000 miles this week for its second servicing. Emil Fichmann, at the service counter, was warm and welcoming I brought my year-old Alfa Giulia in at 16,000 miles this week for its second servicing. Emil Fichmann, at the service counter, was warm and welcoming. I confirmed I had absolutely no complaints, and he told me that in that case servicing would consist of an oil change (estimated $149) and flushing the coolant, with a check on all systems to assure nothing was about to go wrong. Emil added it would take an hour, and after 2 hours I checked back in at the service desk and was told it would be done in a minute, the guys were just then washing the car. (Great, I thought, a complimentary car wash!) A minute later he fished me from the table in the showroom where I had been working comfortably, led me to the cashier, and I paid by credit card. All swell to this point, and of course the car purred beautifully and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, when I scrutinized the invoice, I realized I had been charged an astonishing and exorbitant $628 for an oil change and a coolant flush—more than we would pay for a round-trip air ticket to Rome! Unless Fiat of Maple Shade re-examines and halves that bill, I will never return there to be fleeced again, nor can I recommend buying a car there to anyone else. I have enjoyed all my interact with the staff—both in shopping for the car, buying it, and bringing it in for service—but I feel exploited and predated on. Caveat emptor! More
