We chose this dealer due to good selection and better pricing than surrounding dealers. Isaac Johnson, our sale associate, we extremely helpful. We had a great experience with Alexandria Toyota. Ted was fantastic. He was very kind, personable, professional and responsive to our every need and reached out to us over the thanksgiving holiday wh Ted was fantastic. He was very kind, personable, professional and responsive to our every need and reached out to us over the thanksgiving holiday when other dealers did not have time for us. When we arrived to pick up the car he had everything ready so things went very smoothly and efficiently. Even after we got the car home I had questions and he answered them in a very timely manner. I would definitely buy another toyota from Ted but hopefully this one will last a long time! More

I set an appointment for a few days later. Ted made sure that I was completely happy and when I thought my trade-in was low, Ted went back to get me a higher value. The service was fine but, several weeks after I visited their business, they mistakenly charged me for the work done to another car. I spent several months trying to get a refund to no avail.
