We want to let you know what a pleasure it was to buy a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Alexandria Toyota. We have been sold on Toyotas (This was #6!) for some time; this was by far our easiest new car purcha new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Alexandria Toyota. Every time we arrived at the dealership we were met at the door and personally escorted to wherever we needed to go. Most of the time of course, our “go-to” person was Mr. Dane Butera; Alexandria Toyota’s Internet Manager, who handled everything pertaining to this sale. We went online to choose the model, color and features for the Toyota we wanted and then let the dealership know our interest. Dane immediately contacted us, set up an appointment to visit the dealership and took it from there. He explained “our car” was still in transit and provided an estimate of when the car was likely to be available. When we arrived at the dealership, he quickly arranged a test drive of another Camry Hybrid (this was our first hybrid experience)…we were immediately impressed! After the test drive, Dane helped negotiate a very satisfactory purchase price. During our waiting period, he kept us appraised of any changes to the car’s estimated arrival date. Once the vehicle arrived, he drove with us and explained in detail the many safety features of our new Toyota. He then showed us the convenience features (Apple Car Play, sound system etc.) that were also included and helped set them up for us. Without Dane’s assistance, we certainly would have spent numerous hours with the owners’ manual trying to take advantage of Camry’s capabilities and convenience.
