I had a great experience with the service department. I have a 20-year-old Toyota Highlander that was purchased new at Alexandria Toyota. It was getting to be time for the timing belt service. I initially consulted with Jenny Kirby on the service in June. She gave me her card and said, "call me directly when you want to bring it in and I will make sure the parts are here". I didn't make the call until August. Jenny checked and the parts were on the shelf. I dropped the car off the following week. Jenny got me a nice rental to use, and my car was finished a few hours later. Thanks Jenny and the Technician for the attention to detail on a comprehensive service. More

Now, in reference to the sales department: although I was not dealing with the sales department, while sitting in the waiting area, I over heard one Hispanic sales representative mocking the customer that he was speaking too on the phone with another Hispanic sales rep, stating words to the effect: “these hillbillies (in Spanish) are ignorant and boasting about taking advantage of them for all that they can get” because they were ignorant! Being of Hispanic decent, I found this very disturbing and unprofessional to say the least and so did my wife who is an Hispanic medical doctor! More

Just bought a 2025 RAV4 - Jim Brotherton was awesome. He listened to our needs. He is super knowledgeable and his suggestions were most helpful and on target with our wishes for a car.
