Kenney kept me updated regularly on the vehicle's status and when it arrived he contacted to let me know it was in. I appreciate that he picked me up at my office which is in the Pentagon City area and that I was able to drive my new 4Runner home that same day. I plan to buy again from him a Rav4 for my wife when I am are ready to make this future purchase. Thank you. More

The dealership and the sales representative, Eric Watt were outstanding in keeping me informed on the progress with my vehicle. When my vehicle arrived, they, and in particular, Eric Watt, made it ready with all the paper work in order, so taking delivery was a pleasure. Had a very negative experience with jack taylor's alexandria toyota. Called the dealership and the salesman I spoke to said they could factory order me the model that I was interested in. After driving to the dealership and sitting down with a different salesman, which told me the same thing, I thought I ordered the car I wanted and put my deposit down. After checking a couple of weeks later and speaking to an actual manager, I was informed that the sales consultant I had worked with misinformed me (read lied to me) and that the dealership was unable to factory order me a car. The manager ultimately took the blame for the experience but it didn't seem like he understood the level of misinformation that the dealership was spreading on numerous occasions. Definitely will not be shopping here again. Also, they charge a bogus freight charge fee on top of the standard delivery fee. Be aware. More
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reached out in interest to a 2018 accord touring and James reached out to me! Advised him of my situation, and what my interest were! I told James I wanted to see a bill of sale before I submit my application! He seemed so helpful(at first) and stating” we do our best to help our customers!” LIESSS! Stated he would get me a bill of sale over so I can see the numbers, never bothered! Sent ANOTHER text stating hey haven’t received anything, no response! So finally get a text from James stating he attempted to call and text but went to voicemail(LIES) I have Verizon, and never missed a call. So Tuesday morning started the process again with the application, ended up needing a high down payment. I asked if my mother co signed would that work! He responded yes it should work, however my mother wanted a bill of sale. FINALLY received a bill of sale, and my mother and I re filled out the application, only to find out 2 hrs later, I get a text from James the car sold! So basically you all ran my mothers credit KNOWING the car was sold or selling, and made hard inquiries!!! My mother is PISSED, and definitely reaching out to her attorney to see what could be done! because A, the vehicle was in process of a deal, and the fact they STILL RAN HER CREDIT to other banks knowing this, is illegal! SO no this dealership is horrible!!! I see why their Google reviews are so horrible!!! More

In the past, service has typically been good, but my recent experience has changed my mind and I don’t plan to return. My father was an auto mechanic, and he told me there are other options, which I told to my representative, but he said they do not do those options. I will not be getting my brakes done there. I also had to wait for 2.5 hours - for an oil change and state inspection. Lastly, when it was finally time to get my car back, I was not allowed to get my car myself (even though my car was right there). I had to watch a guy who did not know how to dry my car almost wreck it and when I received my car, my EZPass had been removed from my windshield and I could not put it back up. They had somehow ripped it from the windshield in a way that had damaged the adhesive. Oh, and not to forget. I noticed my car key had been removed from the rest of my keys, which includes my house keys, and they were left on the front seat of my unlocked car that was in the parking lot. More
