Had a very negative experience with jack taylor's alexandria toyota. Called the dealership and the salesman I spoke to said they could factory order me the model that I was interested in. After driving to the dealership and sitting down with a different salesman, which told me the same thing, I thought I ordered the car I wanted and put my deposit down. After checking a couple of weeks later and speaking to an actual manager, I was informed that the sales consultant I had worked with misinformed me (read lied to me) and that the dealership was unable to factory order me a car. The manager ultimately took the blame for the experience but it didn't seem like he understood the level of misinformation that the dealership was spreading on numerous occasions. Definitely will not be shopping here again. Also, they charge a bogus freight charge fee on top of the standard delivery fee. Be aware. More
