Ted Yohannes was excellent in his explanation of all the new bells and whistles that our new Corolla included. (We're retired and driving a 12-yr old sedan with nothing but a radio and Bluetooth.) After looking online at new 2023 Highlander, Ted Yohsnnes from Alexandria Toyota. I met with him & drove a Certified Limited & told him what I wanted. I left the maintenance book (bright colored that says Jack Taylor Toyota) on the passenger seat for the technician to sign off on the 5,000-mile service. Also, this is the first time I have ever received Jack Taylor Toyota) on the passenger seat for the technician to sign off on the 5,000-mile service. Also, this is the first time I have ever received a car back from Toyota service where the car was not washed. If there is an up-charge on a car wash then I would have paid it too. More
