Very Slick Salesman and Played me like a Fiddle! I got a great car for WAY TOO MUCH money. I have to say that my salesman was a pro and set me up perfectly to over-pay. Yes, I have some sour grapes I got a great car for WAY TOO MUCH money. I have to say that my salesman was a pro and set me up perfectly to over-pay. Yes, I have some sour grapes about the deal and it will be an expensive lesson for me, but so it goes. I'm so unhappy about the outcome that I just can't do business with Webb Nissan ever again. I love our Nissan's and will upgrade after this lease is done, but I just can't do business with these guys again. They got me so good, I just can't. I'm ok with not grinding out the perfect deal, but I was played so well that I'm going to regret this for the next three years. Everything else about the process was great, happy with the car, so so unhappy with what I paid. More

Brakes I had my Nissan serviced in Newberg, OR at which time that dealer indicated I desperately needed my brakes changed. During my winter holiday from college, I scheduled to have the brakes replaced at Alan Webb. Much to my surprise they indicated I had plenty of life remaining on both my pads and rotors, therefor only charging me for an oil change and tire rotation. It was refreshing to have an auto service center be honest and not do unnecessary work on my car, especially being a college kid! Thank you Alan Webb for saving me $500+ during the Holidays! The customer service Alan Webb provides is impeccable. More

Though made appointment well in advance, was long, tedious process to get car in. When done, too busy to get basic vaccum and wash included, so driver mat dirtier than on arrival after service. Did receive call back from young man checking me in, was new, just learning system when came in. Experience almost pushing me to drive to where purchased in Wilsonville for services. Better experience. Seem to actually care about providing excellent service, even on older model low mileage car that is new to me. More
