Wonderful people - a little polishing = huge impact Justin: wonderful young man who is "all in" to take care of clients. But during the sales process, we went back and forth between AC and Justin leaving a lack of continuity in relationship. No explanation as to why we were being switched back and forth. We went with the flow. AC: great guy. Very knowledgeable. Joseph: the third guy we were turned over to - probably due to scheduling issues with Justin and AC and trying to accommodate my schedule. Joseph, too, was great. Did a super job closing the deal. All in all, the unpolished and sometimes awkward sales cycle was still a pleasure and a positive experience. Please take this in context that I have purchased 10 Lexus vehicles since 1990 and was spoiled by a well oiled sales machine focused to satisfy the clients' every need and desire. After Sale: not a good experience. Disappointing actually. It started with AC telling me before we closed that our desired vehicle was ready. Turns out that it was not. The emerald red Altima Platinum in stock was NOT an AWD model as we negotiated. It was FWD. We took it anyway but it caused us to wonder why we were led to believe it was in stock. Was it a "bait and switch"? Or an accidental mistake? We took the FWD and are happy. Price negotiations on a changed configuration (FWD) was comfortable and our requests were reasonably agreed to. At first we were told that our accessories were all in stock. Turns out not the case. Disappointed. The all weather mats were the only purchased accessory in stock. OK. They were not, however, given to us when we bought the car. Had to go back the next day to get them because Parts was closed. OK. My wife made a special trip to get the mats the next day. The Parts guy dropped them on the counter and said "here they are". There was no "Mrs. Jensen, would you like somebody to put them in your car for you?" Nope. She is 63 years old. She grabbed them (they are heavy) and put the packet into the car to go home. The next day, I opened the package only to find that they did not fit. Wrong mats. I called Justin who said he suspects they were for 2018 Altima instead of our 2019. No call backs yet to tell me how it will be resolved nor when. Summary: great people. Pleasant and client centered sales process made clumsy with 3 different people being involved in the sale closure. Post sales experience so far has been very disappointing. More
Service center used for Certified Used Car defect We got very good service. Our car needed service for a bad transmission at 59000 miles. Pretty surprising. They also found that there was a wheel bearing that needed replaced. They replaced that while it was there. The car is running and sounding better now. The service was great and quick. The only problem was the service advisor, who was very helpful, seemed overworked. It was hard to get in touch with him because he had so many "guests" to deal with. More
