First major car purchase with 0 Credit Tuesday, June 11, 2018 I made a big step in life and bought me a brand new car. Alan Webb Nissan were definitely patient with me. I had no credit; onl Tuesday, June 11, 2018 I made a big step in life and bought me a brand new car. Alan Webb Nissan were definitely patient with me. I had no credit; only have owned old cars( not the greatest but they moved) and I was able to trade my 2004 Pontiac to a 2014 Scion. They made sure they found the right car for certain. When I came in I WAS looking for a Nissan but I am more happy with the car I got instead. I am not that tall and I am able to see way better in my new car then any other car I've ever had. I don't feel close to the steering wheel. I absolutely love how far the windshield is from the steering wheel and from me. The length and size of the car is perfect! I hate traffic so I am able to get around those traffic holders! The gas is amazing on the car, it's roomy, I have hands free access, and everything works inside the car. It was a long process on top of the Alan Webb Nissan team working on other deals for other customers but after 6 long hours they were able to get it done. Michael Tower did an AMAZING JOB! I was supposed to be in at 11 but got there at 12 and he was already busy but he made it around to help me and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you to AC for finding such a safe and efficient car (named her Vixen). Now he was busy, so busy that it made my head spin but he got the job done. Got everyone's deals done and myself and others were satisfied. And lastly, the finance team are extremely amazing. I ask a lot of questions and like to know exactly where my money is going and they made everything so clear for me to understand. I can't remember but I believe the person who finished helping me name was Joe?....... Anyways, thank you. Those numbers were large but he made it extremely easy for me to understand. For first car buyers I recommend them for sure. More

Amazing experience I regularly service my Nissan with them. Curtis has always treated me amazing. I had an issue with my vehicle and we had to get Nissan involved. not please with service department I not happy at all with the process of making an appointment or with the appointment itself. First I had to leave a message for someone to call me ba I not happy at all with the process of making an appointment or with the appointment itself. First I had to leave a message for someone to call me back to make an appointment. The person who called me while friendly I did not feel as though she was understanding what I was needing looked at. I'm not sure if she was from the service department at all. She said that they were short staffed. My husband took my car in for the appointment, He had to wait for over 2 hours. It was not told to me that even though I had a scheduled appointment that there would still be a wait to get to my car. I feel that the technician did not investigate the the problem I am having still with the Fuel Economy One. He told my husband that he took it out for a text drive and reset the fuel economy. That is reset with no problem. Thats nice but wasnt my problem. I told them that it would resset but after a few times driving it it became stuck on the same mileage. Not turning back to ___ after I start the car. As the Fuel Economy 2 does and what Fuel Economy 1 does until it gets stuck. The technician told my husband that is that the car is probably remembering my drive if I drive the same way every day. I do not see how this could be when I have various weights in the back of my car and do not go the same way or am behind the same people going the mph as me. It is not easy for us to have my car brought in. I had to disrupte 3 peoples day to get my car in and be able to get to work. More
