Customer service not top priority. We were talked into the “Lube for life” program when we purchased our car. It comes with 2 oil changes a year- car detail and wash with every service. We were talked into the “Lube for life” program when we purchased our car. It comes with 2 oil changes a year- car detail and wash with every service. DONT FAL FOR THESE PROMISES. Last oil change I waited an hour for the oil change to be done, and was told it would be an additional 30 minutes if I wanted it washed. Then was handed the keys and my car was parked in the back of the parking lot- behind a bunch of cars parked goofy. I did not receive an inspection sheet when I was done- and nothing topped off. Conviently now my car is leaking windshield washer fluid. The one service guy also got snippy when I said I would call another dealership to have the recall checked on my car. More
