Warranty and recall fixes Great customer service from Curtis. Unfortunately i wish i had checked before I left that everything was working as it should. One of the fixes was Great customer service from Curtis. Unfortunately i wish i had checked before I left that everything was working as it should. One of the fixes was the drivers door lock. After dropping off the rental car get a ride back I left Nissan and at my next stop the lock/unlock button on the door handle was not working at all and now have to go back again. Hopefully it will be a quick fix but still have to come back and plan for an hour to hour and half appointment again More

Oil change I come in regularly to get service. The people at the front are typically very kind and call me when my car is ready. The only thing is that one of th I come in regularly to get service. The only thing is that one of the times I've gotten my oil changed the tech broke my engine splash shield and pulled it out the way to do the oil change. I had to tape it up because it was dragging on the ground. Everytime I get an oil change they break it and its dragging again. Super annoying. More

Sorry the lack of communication and the accuracy of the service recall tell me that Alan Webb Nissan may not be the -place to have one of both of my Nissans serviced. More
