Less than pleased upon check-in and service. Demeanor very unpleasant. Asked why I was there, then if I had an appointment and what the appointment was for. Then he looked in the system briefly and asked very unpleasant. Asked why I was there, then if I had an appointment and what the appointment was for. Then he looked in the system briefly and asked what service again and if I wanted the recall done. This after I was in Saturday and they said they already took care of the recall and I explained I had an appointment and the only reason I was back was to get the transmission serviced. This being because they could not do it on the previous visit because they didn’t have enough CVT fluid. I then asked how long the appt. would take as of Saturday the technician who schedule said 1 hour. They told me it would take a minimum of 1.5 to 2.0 hours. I handed him the keys and he said nothing, so I sat down. Later he called me up to check me out and his demeanor had changed slightly to overly nice without even looking at me he checked me out. I asked him if there was any notes or anything I needed to know about the service. He said no, you are supposed to get this service at this mileage. The whole reason I brought it here in the first place “which should be noted” was there was an issue they were looking at involving the transmission. He then handed me my receipt and keys and said nothing. More

Cory was efficient and thorough in all aspects of the paperwork and addressing my concerns/questions. He demonstrated a genuine interest in my car condition and provided me with a detailed explanation on what they will do during this visit. Not only did they return my vehicle within the promised time, they also looked into my faulty cigarette lighter and replaced a dead fuse for less than $5. Cory also took it upon himself to upgrade my car scheduled services after considering my actual mileage and my prepaid maintenance membership. Doing so I will not lose any benefits I already paid for and had all services performed in time without missing anyone of them.. Truly happy with Cory's actions, attitude, and dealership performance. People of their word Everything I have been told has worked out as stated, from the sale to the service. There was only one energetic lower salesman that tried to up sell Everything I have been told has worked out as stated, from the sale to the service. There was only one energetic lower salesman that tried to up sell a feature already on the car but the sales manager ignored him and all was well. The service departed did help upgrade my car with some additional features I wanted to add, with a friendly and professional work standard. Oh yes, there was that smile. Thanks Curtis. More
Bad service and no follow up Dishonest. Not sure about their service and costumer commitment. They say one thing and they do something else. I had to verify what they tell me vs w Dishonest. I even asked the service manager and he said they did but it was not listed on the printed receipt and of course the service was not done and their excuse was we have the seal ring on order and will call you when we have it, its been ~2 months... lol More
