My Appointment was at 10 am and my Vehicle did not move for 2 hours. I have no choice but to wait in the Lobby since I live 55 miles away. I was sitting in a position where I could see my Truck. During for 2 hours. I have no choice but to wait in the Lobby since I live 55 miles away. I was sitting in a position where I could see my Truck. During a Pandemic I would rather not sit in a Lobby any longer than possible. My Appointment should have been scheduled closer to 12 pm since that is when the Service started. I also noticed the wearing of Masks by Customers was not enforced, several customers can in without masks and others removed them once seated in the lobby. I work in Healthcare and this practice puts everyone at additional risk. Jim More
