ook my 2016 Mitsubishi in for a diagnostic check on the transmission. Fadi was quite negative about it giving me the impression it was a waste of time bringing it in,which ultimately it was not only a wast transmission. Fadi was quite negative about it giving me the impression it was a waste of time bringing it in,which ultimately it was not only a waste of time but also money. He recommended leaving the car there which I did, and he said he would call when it was completed which he did not do. I called later in the day and he said it was done. He said it needs a new transmission for $11,560 and my options were to take it home and drive it or get a new transmission. He suggested I could call Mitsubishi, which I did, but I feel like he should have done that. When I came to get the car the next day there were $23.16 additional charges listed as miscellaneous. When I asked the other service advisor (Fadi was gone for the day) what these charges were for she did not know, but she left a note for Fadi to call and let me know, which he never did. I feel very let down by Alan Webb, especially since my family and I have bought all our vehicles there. I will not be doing business with Alan Webb again, and will advise others not to as well. More
Took over 4 days to fix a power window . No shuttle service for customers not waiting -- so had to pay for Uber both ways.
