So it’s been over a few weeks since they say they don’t have the equipment to adjust my tire pressure indicator on my dash… Even though I paid for the service, they couldn’t do it and I called yesterday an have the equipment to adjust my tire pressure indicator on my dash… Even though I paid for the service, they couldn’t do it and I called yesterday and they don’t plan on getting that piece of equipment in anytime soon they told me… That just tells me that they don’t want to do the work I paid for and they’re hoping to go away More
I purchased a life time oil change and tire rotation package when I bought my truck. Now dealership states rotation will cost extra. Not what was agreed when bought that product. After owning our Murano for a couple years, the forward sensor began malfunctioning. After a couple appointments, the team in the service department were able to diagnose a rather difficult issue and resol sensor began malfunctioning. Service was great and quick, the staff was nice and friendly. They explained after my service a few things to follow up on that my car could use in the future, and didn’t push any unnecessary service o friendly.
