I feel I wasn’t told the truth about a tire sensor issue, but like the staff and my service tech. I liked the service Dept better when they would show me what was going on with issues my truck has, but just but like the staff and my service tech. So it’s been over a few weeks since they say they don’t have the equipment to adjust my tire pressure indicator on my dash… Even though I paid for the service, they couldn’t do it and I called yesterday an have the equipment to adjust my tire pressure indicator on my dash… Even though I paid for the service, they couldn’t do it and I called yesterday and they don’t plan on getting that piece of equipment in anytime soon they told me… That just tells me that they don’t want to do the work I paid for and they’re hoping to go away More
I purchased a life time oil change and tire rotation package when I bought my truck. Now dealership states rotation will cost extra. Not what was agreed when bought that product.
