My 2018 Titan is under warranty. It was having transmission issues. One of your technicians rode tested it, said yes there is something wrong but it wasn’t throwing a code so there was nothing you transmission issues. I anticipated service would take longer than it did, like past experiences. Was pleasantly surprised it was done in a reasonable amount of time. They don't return calls or offer loaners for warranty customers. I had my inoperable 2020 rogue towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start. It took a week for them to diagnose the issue. This was after my boyfriend and I called repeatedly and left multiple messages that were never answered or returned. They told me at pick up that they only looked at the battery and the alternator before deciding it was the alternator. I was with out a vehicle for a week with 2 jobs I had no transportation to get to because they don't provide loaners. I'm disappointed in Nissan for not offering free loaners with the warranty service. I will probably purchase a different brand that does offer it in the future. Not satisfied and will not return. More
