Service dept. OK for service, but red tape paperwork gets in the way of getting you to do anything out of the ordinary. No central schedule, had to wait for specific agent. Told I could get repair same time as service, but had to wait for part to be ordered. two or three times what a third party garage would charge. Why do you make these questionnaires so much trouble? Just take my answers and leave me alone. Why should I have to lo log in? Not good customer relations. More

My 2018 Titan is under warranty. It was having transmission issues. One of your technicians rode tested it, said yes there is something wrong but it wasn’t throwing a code so there was nothing you transmission issues. I anticipated service would take longer than it did, like past experiences. Was pleasantly surprised it was done in a reasonable amount of time.
