We leased our second Leaf at Alan Webb last week. Bo Shin, our salesperson, was absolutely the best salesperson we have encountered in more than 50 years buying and leasing cars. What set him apart, other than his knowledge and pleasant demeanor, was a complete focus on finding a way to get us exactly what we want. We thought of him as a valued consultant rather than a salesman. He also displayed initiative and anticipation in addressing all of our concerns. Equally impressive were Aladdin, who came up with the perfect lease for our specific situation, and Hamid, the finance manager, who made the normally boring and stressful financial closing not only pleasant, but extremely comfortable. These fine professionals reflect great credit on a dealership that seems to care more about pleased and satisfied customers than it does about maximizing profit. In our experience, this “customer first” attitude is sometimes preached but rarely practiced by automobile retailers. Alan Webb has found the right formula. Give him a try! More
The service department was very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand. I brought my car in after receiving sketchy service at a "hole in the wall oil change place." I brought my car in and it was found that there was a wrong size seal placed after my oil change. I had to get a whole new oil change to get that part replace but my car is in phenomenal shape. I believe these are all franchised Nissan dealerships. but I would have to say that they lack friendliness and customer service skills. I have been a Nissan member (so to say) for the past 10 years and my experience with staff at Nissan Of Portland rocks the socks off this Nissan service department. Overall they are going to take care of you car and do it great but they are not the friendliest staff in the world. More

Joe and Aladdin were both extremely helpful and professional in handling the sale. They were up front and honest the whole time and helped me get out of a previous bad deal I was in! David also helped us handle all the paper work and continued to help my fiancée and I make it a little cheaper as well and was extremely polite and kind. But lets be clear on one thing.....My First purchases with Mike Hendrickson was the best experience I have ever had with a sales person. I would totally buy a car from Mike he is honest, caring, and did not want me disappointed in any way, and he went out of his way to make sure of it. He was even detailing my car before I drove it off the lot. Who does that now a days. GREAT GUY> BUT. I was contacted a week ago on refinancing my 2019 brand new Rouge with only 4,000 total miles. when I got there I was greeted by a nice gentlemen with absolutely no sales experience. ok so far. That is when I was started to get swindled out of my brand new car just just so I could save me 2% interest. BUT the catch was I had to buy a 2021 rouge to save 2% at a total cost of 32,0000 and I would only get 15,000 out of my 2019 rouge with 4,000 miles on it. This is 0 savings towards me and would lose everything I put into my rouge as this point. they keep pressuring me to buy a new car by saying I would save money in the long run. I have only had my Rouge for 6 months I could go on and on about that day, but you gat my drift. More

Did not fix problem said there was no braking issue. There is a dramatic and dangerous one. There is a Nissan Titan braking issue documented on the internet as a systemic problem. Service dept. OK for service, but red tape paperwork gets in the way of getting you to do anything out of the ordinary. No central schedule, had to wait for specific agent. Told I could get repair same time as service, but had to wait for part to be ordered. two or three times what a third party garage would charge. Why do you make these questionnaires so much trouble?
