I would give my last service a 5-star review, except the Service Dept never called me to tell me my car was ready. Horrible experience, will tell everyone I know and meet never to go too alan webb. Ever. They sold me a dirty truck with dents and blinkers that were out. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. They were flexible with scheduling and communication. I do wish they offered rides when the work will take all day but otherwise I will continue to have them w flexible with scheduling and communication. The lack of customer service at this dealership is sad. They used to provide the best service. Now I have to call, leave messages (for 4 weeks) for the service manager and then never receive a call back. F They used to provide the best service. Finally reached the service manager and he acted like he’d never received a message (clearly a lie because I left messages with people that emailed him my messages). Anyway, they don’t care about providing good service anymore and we will no longer buy Nissan because of that. The only employee that was helpful was Curtis and from what I understand he’s not the service manager. More
Had to change appt time so that I could get my car detailed. Right before appt was told they couldn’t do the detail. Problems after serving the dash monitor for errors. Back up camera display is pink which wasn't until after service was done. Rubber seal around the windshield is out in a corner which wasn't when I brought up camera display is pink which wasn't until after service was done.
