Had an appointment to get the back brakes done on my Infinity...there was a mix up and the brakes weren't at the service center. They offered a rental car because it was going to be a few hours. I opted to reschedule the appointment and they had me in and out at that appointment within an hour and a half. Mistakes happen and the service team stepped up and took care of me. More

Terrible service. We purchased my wifes Honda CRV there. The process to buy the vehicle was fine. When we got the car home we noticed the tire pressure censor was sticking on. Finally took it to Dick Hannah Honda and they fixed it at no charge. We are now dealing with a loose visor on the driver side. We have been told numerous times the part would be ordered and it still has not happened. Totally different than Alan Webb Chevy wear I take my truck. The service there is great. Nissan needs to operate like the Chevy dealer. More

I will be taking my car nearly forty miles south to Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan for future service. This is the last time I waste so much of my time with Alan Webb. It took them five hours to diagnose a dead battery, after they’d already sent me home in a rental I am still waiting to be reimbursed for. Never again. More
