Although Brandi is always been pleasant to work with, I have consistently and repeatedly been ignored by Alan Webb Nissan. I have called and left several messages, emails, and even live chat. No one will speak to me unless I call and request to speak to the general manager. This isn’t about the repair that has taken almost a month to complete. This is about ignoring your customers when they call to inquire about updates on their repair. The only reason I go to Alan Webb Nissan is to honor the vehicle warranty. If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere.
