I went to this dealership as I needed to have a recall completed and a remote programmed on my 2013 Nissan Leaf. I had a very difficult time getting a hold of a live person to talk for scheduling. I was completed and a remote programmed on my 2013 Nissan Leaf. I had a very difficult time getting a hold of a live person to talk for scheduling. I was told they would charge me to program the remote, but can't guarantee it will work. The car was done two days later without any notice and was impossible to get a hold of anyone remotely. I am not impressed with this dealership. :( More
I had my vehicle in for an oil change, which usually takes an hour. I was told they would check with me in an hour.
