A well-oiled service team I made an online appointment for a recall update on a car purchased in Hillsboro. Other patrons came and went the entire time, proving the team was processing multiple cars as customers filed through. The woman managing communication between the team and people is GREAT. And when Secora was out to lunch, Megan jumped in to ask if I needed anything. That, alone, would be enough to earn a top rating, but I also very much appreciated not being given sales pitch after sales pitch like I experienced at Olympia Mazda. The extra mileage to go to Vancouver is worth it because of the way I am treated at Alan Webb. My wait time was a little less than Secora predicted. The computer problem was resolved. The waiting area was comfortable and, since I drove 64 miles to get there, a loaner car was available to me had I needed it. More
