Other patrons came and went the entire time, proving the team was processing multiple cars as customers filed through. The woman managing communication between the team and people is GREAT. The coffee and snacks are too. Next time I'll do my Mazda shopping closer to home! More

And when Secora was out to lunch, Megan jumped in to ask if I needed anything. That, alone, would be enough to earn a top rating, but I also very much appreciated not being given sales pitch after sales pitch like I experienced at Olympia Mazda. The extra mileage to go to Vancouver is worth it because of the way I am treated at Alan Webb. My wait time was a little less than Secora predicted. The computer problem was resolved. The waiting area was comfortable and, since I drove 64 miles to get there, a loaner car was available to me had I needed it. More

Worse Than Going Through Divorce Never before have I left a poor review of a business in the past, but I feel a sense of civic duty to warn the public to purchase your awesome Mazda f Never before have I left a poor review of a business in the past, but I feel a sense of civic duty to warn the public to purchase your awesome Mazda from ANYWHERE else. The process of getting divorced after 10 years of marriage was less turbulent and frustrating than dealing with these people. I purchased a brand new Mazda3 Hatchback August 10th. This is my third Mazda in a row and I love the vehicles -- if only I didn't have to deal with the arrogant, chauvinistic, incompetent sales team at Alan Webb. The finance manager, Marc, has absolutely no idea what he's doing. When I decided on the car I wanted and started the paperwork I had an "exceptional" credit score. However, after running 4 hard credit reports (because he didn't check lenders' requirements) my score has dropped 48 points. "I don't get paid more to finance at a higher or lower interest rate" was his line after informing him I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle at 7.99% interest. I have made more trips to the dealership to complete new finance applications than I made in total test-driving and shopping for a new vehicle. So after 39 days of purchasing a car, I still don't have license plates. When I call, email, or text the salesman/finance manager/sales manager if I'm lucky I'm told "I will check into it" but there is never any follow-up. Instead I am met with excuses and deflection as to why nothing is their fault and why they can't accept responsibility for anything. From the sales manager, Steve, "There are other factors that go into play when your credit score drops." I have not applied for a new credit card. If anything I completely paid off my student loans, which would only increase, not drop, my score. From Peter, the salesman, "Yeah, Wells Fargo really dropped the ball on this one." No bud, you guys did. You should know the lender's requirements before expecting them to finance a deal. I drive for Lyft, and my insurance, driving credentials, and registration all expire in 7 days because I don't have license plates. I articulated to the sales manager that this is my livelihood and I don't have confidence that the plates were even ordered because the sales team has shown such overall incompetence. I would like to know what happens when my temporary permit expires. He wouldn't give me an answer. "It won't happen. You have seven more days. Look, I copied you on an email to see where your plates are." For the record, I still haven't heard one peep from anyone in regards to that email. Do yourself a favor and just avoid Alan Webb at all cost. You will be happier overall that you didn't waste your time and energy on them. More
