I did the paper work on Monday and made appoin The sales rep was great but your financial department has one person available for both Chev and Mazda. I did the paper work on Monday and made appointment to bring in the cash (check) for the total of the purchase on Wednesday. I arrived on time and the financial department was empty and was told that she was busy but would be with me in a few minutes. A little over one hour later I had to go to your Chev operation to meet her and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way. I was sorry that you cannot afford enough help to give excellent service. If the service department is run in similar manner as the financial department I will find another service department. Chuck Maples More
Disappointing experience I had high hope when I first got in touch with the dealership. After some initial interactions, the sale person was not responding to request. Eventually, when I was about to stop by the dealership, I reached out to him again and then I was passed to another sale person. The sale manager sent me an email expressing his commitment to work with me on the car and then never heard from again. The second sale person gave me incorrect information regarding the price of the vehicle I was asking about and told me that the price was higher than the one she quoted to me. I finally had to send her the pics directly from the dealership website showing that indeed, the sale price was less than what she quoted me for another vehicle. She also sent me incorrect information about the model, color etc. At the end, I was very disappointed and went elsewhere. BTW - I kept the email exchanges in case they dispute the facts More
