Not happy with our experience at Alan Webb. We bought a 2008 honda crv and experienced several problems. We noticed immediately during the test drive the ac was not working. We were told it would be fixed, they kept our car for several days all to find out the ac was never fixed. When replacing the tires and brakes the alignment must of been skipped because now the car shakes when going 60mph when before it didn't shake at all. If you tell a customer you'll take care of them, you should follow through and actually see to it that the car is what you promised it would be. Regardless of the make of car a customer is buying, we were customers nonetheless and we brought you business. I would not shop at Alan webb mazda again. More
