I was not happy with the staff member’s unfriendly response to our choice to not use one of your dealership’s services. Your service department, in particular Stacie, is outstanding. In our situation it was the attitude of the sales staff that “they didn’t want to help” that was unacceptable. I had already arranged, w outstanding. In our situation it was the attitude of the sales staff that “they didn’t want to help” that was unacceptable. I had already arranged, weeks prior, to coming in after 6 because I work out of town. Fortunately on the 26th I was able to leave early and arrived about 5:30 pm. I was told I was I was late and explained to the service representative that I had already made arrangements to arrive after 6 and the sales department was going to assist me with dropping off the car. I was then told that they refused to help which left me wondering what would have happened had I arrived when I had expected to. That attitude makes me believe the sales staff really doesn’t care about your customers unless they arrive to purchase a car. I don’t believe anyone cares to patronize a business with employees like that, and I know I certainly won’t. It seems I had a few things that needed to be fixed in my commuter car that needs to be done, but given that experience, I will seek out another dealership that employs people who think of the customers as more than just a commission. More
