I purchased my Mazda CX-5 from Alan Webb in the middle of January and my experience was very good. I initially worked with Blake who was keeping me up to date about the status of the car I was interested in. January and my experience was very good. It wasn’t his fault but it did take a really long time for the car to be available which was frustrating. Once it came time to purchase the car I worked with Collin. He was super honest, patient and answered our questions. Lastly we worked with CJ. He was the one who finalized the transaction. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions, as well as helping us find solutions to issues we had. Overall, my experience was good and the employees were very personable along the way. I recommend Alan Webb Mazda! More

I had an appointment for service and when I arrived, there was a line and more people kept coming in! The winter storm was just coming in and apparently there had been some technical issues with the com there was a line and more people kept coming in! Devra was FANTASTIC! many people were rude but she maintained such composure and excellent customer service. Although there was a problem with arranging a loaner car (on my part) she was very apologetic and made sure our car was serviced thoroughly and quickly. It was a great experience and even though I have to travel quite a ways to get service, I will continue to patron Alan Webb as long as Devra will be in charge of customer service in the service department!!
