Jeff, I'm sorry, I wasn't more clear in the response. We did not fire Devra. We hired another advisor to help Devra. We value Devra as an employee and appreciate her efforts to provide great customer service. We have experienced quite a bit of staffing issues. MORE than just “a pleasure to meet.” , Devra organized the entire process. She arranged for Lyft rides going to and from the shop, and helped me spend my money in the most effective way. Alan Webb Mazda was fortunate to find that woman !! Did I mention her multi-tasking skills ??? Amazing !!!
