I waited for 25 minutes just to check in for my oil change appointment. There’s was only one service member working to check in all the waiting guests. Just in for routine oil change & tire rotation appointment. They said I didn’t need the tire rotation at this time but I will need an engine filter on my next appointment. Disappointed... the front desk seemed overwhelmed Devra was nice but seemed stressed. Last time there were two people helping. Also I realize you do not offer a car wash but I was able to get my car vacu was nice but seemed stressed. Last time there were two people helping. Not impressed with the lack of communication from service dept. My recall was setup in advance, took additional day to complete, and additional items were not addressed while in shop. Both times coming in for service I was told the wrong thing and times, will never use them again. Had to out gas in the loaner car to use for overnight and then was told my car was done 1 hour later and thing and times, will never use them again.
