It took a very long time for me to get checked in, 45min for the check in and loaner process. Then my car was not passed off to a technician the day that I dropped it off, so I received no updates and it wa for the check in and loaner process. Then my car was not passed off to a technician the day that I dropped it off, so I received no updates and it was not worked on when I dropped it off. I do understand there were opportunities with the person who checked me in, but it still did not leave a good impression. I would have been totally fine with it all that happened, had I at least received communication. It took me calling at 5:50pm on Friday to ask if my car was ready to get an update. Luckily I had a loaner vehicle that I did greatly appreciate, and I was not able to pick my car up before 5pm on Saturday so I was thankful to have kept the loaner until Monday. The main concern with ym car was the driver having been broken due to a recall. My seat does still seem to be loose. It moves around quite a bit but does not rock back and forth like it did. But compared to my passenger seat that does not move whatsoever... it leads me to believe that it was not fixed properly and is still a safety concern. It looks as though Seth and Lindsey are not listed below. They were two other individuals I interacted with that offered poor service. Alicia provided the best experience, was certainly the most communicative and knew what she was doing. Despite the service being quick (once they actually started working on my car), affordable, and Alicia being friendly. I cannot say I would recommend the service based off the overall experience. More

Though I didn’t buy a Mazda, I purchased a Beautiful 2010 Toyota Camry SE with all the bells & whistles with a price that would we could accommo for. Very poor follow up with the original sales guy Blake. I came to to buy out my lease. Was told he was backed up and would call me back in couple hours when the paper work was ready. No big deal. Who wants to sit at the dealership waiting. That was a Thursday morning. I called Blake's cell phone on Friday and left a voice mail asking what was going on, never heard back. Saturday afternoon at 1pm I called the sales department and spoke with Jose, who knew my paper work was waiting. Told me Blake would call me. Blake was finishing up with another customer. 😳 funny I had been waiting for 2 days now. Sunday went by and then Monday I called in the morning. Asked for Blake, Chris told me he was off and would not return until Wednesday!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager. Jay, was very prompt and got everything taken care of for me before the end of the day. This was NOT the first time I had a bad experience with this dealership. Will I be back to deal with this location for sales, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Service department has way better customer service than sales. I have work in the customer service industry for over 20 years, food and retail. Never have I experienced such terrible follow up and communication. It's a CAR not food or clothes. Sad to say nothing was done at all to justify the terrible service. Alan Webb will get my return for service only. But I will NEVER purchase from this location ever again. More
