Customer rep was on the phone and made no point acknowledging I was there. Ten minutes later another rep came and asked if I'd been helped. She took care of it. Wait time was about an hour. The car smelled of cigarette smoke when I got in to drive it home. I do not smoke nor has it had anyone in it who smokes. My previous experience was superb. I trust the next one will be the same?
