A car was advertised on the website and when I got there it didn't exist. I said I did not want a CNA and at the final financing I had to choose a CNA option that I had already said I did not want. I asked for and did not get the Mazda loyalty credit, even after showing proof of ownership of two other Mazdas. On top of that I did not get the 0% APR for 36 mos advertised by Mazda since the car had been a loaner and even though a 2021 model it was used. I still do not want the CNA I was forced into. I will not use this Mazda dealer again. Car buying is stressful and this is why.
