There were few minor things unrelated to the repair that weren't cool (not worth airing in public). Nothing the dealership can control, per se, but Detrick made it right. And he promised me that Mazda would reimburse him for the personal effort he had to make to fix something. He's honest and upfront. Usually you guys are five stars- just some bumps with this one.
