I went in on a Thursday, started at another dealership in Portland with great service and ended my day at Alan Webb. Found a car that I liked, test drove it etc. Peter to be exact about who helped me started off with "Im on my smoke break but I can help you". ??????? HUH. Anyways, he ended up insulting my job title saying "if you were a broker you'd be making a lot more money than you are", interrupted my father mid sentence saying that "he wasn't talking to him" when we were clearly there all together and several times interrupted us while we were talking, oh & he also took two more smoke breaks while we were sitting there in his chair waiting.. The last straw was when he told my father that we all stood up and walked out, but Peter proceeded to walk up to my window and continue his selling pitch...and then called me. Moral of the story, would have boughten the car, but my experience there was less than pleasant. There's a strong reason that they have an F with the Better Business Bureau. Please read all of the reviews below before your waste your time and money at this place. More

My car is what I wanted fun to drive, all the bells and whistles with economy to boot! Mazda is hard to beat as far as I'm concerned. If driving something more expensive than a Mazda,. You really should stop by and see what they have. One more thing a couple winter's ago we had 14 inches of snow. Colin had a set of beautiful Mazda rims he said he'd kept tripping over, needed to sell them. He said. He gave my husband an awesome price and I was able to get to work in that horrible snow! Negotiation was quick, reasonable and no pressure, which is a refreshing change from their competition. Justin Lang set up my financing the way I wanted and even got me a lower rate than what I got initially. Peter had given proper follow up and has made sure to offer assistance should I need it. When asked to explain what service was performed, he pointed to the paper and said 'we did all this stuff'. Thankfully, Colin was there to witness this. Rechecking invoice and there are miscellaneous line items with charges, but no explanation...so bad. I keep getting coupons to use for service about a week AFTER I've been in, and then they are expired before I can use them. New guy 'did me a favor' and found a small coupon. I guess time will tell if service gets better. It is a shame as it had been wonderful the past few years. On the plus side, Colin is great. More

Good service, bad communication I dropped my car off before 8:00 AM, then was never contacted when it was finished.
