Then... We went to the most amazingly fast and efficient finance office to sign papers with Mark. He made it fun and gave zero pressure to buy extra options while presenting them clearly. Then... We got in our red and blue Sparks' drove away and 1 week later, we are BOTH VERY impressed with these cars. I find myself getting excited every day to get in my Sparky and drive for the day. Unprofessional Went in to buy a truck. First salesman I met was unable to answer if they had the truck I was looking for. Second salesman located the truck on the Went in to buy a truck. Took my information and, after making a credit inquiry after I asked him not to as it may be a cash deal, parks me in his office for 40 minutes alone. When leaving, he insults me. Reviews on this site appear to be fake. They are amazingly similar in their use of syntax. Check Yelp and the BBB and the Washington State Attorney General and you will get a feel for how this dealership really operates. Hands Down Absolute Best Experience Ever!!!! We had been looking into buying a new car for a couple of weeks and had been to a couple of dealerships where we ended up spending to much time there We had been looking into buying a new car for a couple of weeks and had been to a couple of dealerships where we ended up spending to much time there then treated poorly and still had no new car. Then we spent 3 days at Dick Hannah and we're treated like crap for 3 days and decided we would try Allen Web and it was the best decision we ever made! Chandler was so awesome and quite honestly the best sales person we have ever encountered he wasn't pushy, he knew what he was talking about, he listened to what we wanted not just what he wanted to sell. The environment was great we could be ourselves and joke around and everyone was the same way it was actually a fun experience rather then dreadful as most car buying experiences are. Everyone all stayed past closing to finish our deal and not only that but Alex In the finance department went above and beyond to get us the absolute best deal he could possibly find he even kept working on it the day after we left with our new car and called us a day later with an even lower interest rate and all the warranties! If u need a new car Chandler and Alex are the men to see hands down!!!!! More
