I really wasn't wanting to trade in my vehicle however because of circumstances beyond my control I needed to so that I was able to help my mom. Because my jeep wrangler was a manual stick shift as well I need to trade in my vehicle so that my daughter was able to practice driving and I was able to take my mom to and from all of her medical appointments this was hugely important to me to do this trade. Because Chris and Jake made it so easy to trade the vehicle and it made me feel better about the whole situation. Now my mom will not have a hard time getting in my vehicle to go to Dr. pointman's and my daughter will be able to practice driving for her drivers test. Thank you again for all your help it was much appreciated The vehicle we bought was a Mazda CX five not the Chevrolet which is what it says down here on the form by the way. More

I was in dire need of a vehicle and started on line looking at options based on selling price and vehicle type. I submitted a request and Gilbert de Best, with Alan Webb Chevrolet, e-mailed be back with a couple of options that fit the bill almost right away. He then called and simply ask for more details of what I was looking for and said he would check his inventory, which he then sent over 6-8 options and suggested I come in at my convenience for a test drive. I was there within the hour and we test drove my first choice. Unfortunately, the financing piece did not work for this particular vehicle, so we looked at option 2. Gilbert was great, not pushy and worked with me at my pace. My wife was unable to be with me for signing, so Long in finance, took the time to meet with her at her place of employment to finalize all the paperwork. I will definitely go back as Gilbert has also followed up and ensuring that I had made the right choice of vehicle and if he could help with any of the technological operations of the truck. Thank you Gilbert for changing my opinion about buying a car. More

Gilbert's responsiveness was excellent, never pushy, just answered the questions and also pinged on occasion just to check if I was still in the game. I very much appreciated the low key approach & we were in no hurry. We initially found Webb as part of the Costco auto buying program, but found their internet deals on current inventory to beat that program & others over a wide area. And we looked extensively out of state. When 0% for 6 years came, Gilbert called me immediately. Once in to test drive, Gilbert was busy with another family, so Rob stepped in. All in all, for the new Camaro, we had a great experience. Even in the financing area, Long was friendly & personable, very helpful. We do think the appraisal for our potential trade in was too low, so we walked from that part of the deal. But we will try private party for that or potentially Car Max. More
