Had to buy two trucks to get one. Bought a good looking truck but when they were cleaning it and getting ready to deliver it they noticed some minor damage. Neither the salesman nor I noticed the damage before so the salesman can't be blamed, but I believe the general manager knew and he should have had the truck repaired before it was sold. If there is fault to be had, it belongs to the general manager. The sales staff were excellent and overall it was a good experience. More

I really wasn't wanting to trade in my vehicle however because of circumstances beyond my control I needed to so that I was able to help my mom. Because my jeep wrangler was a manual stick shift as well I need to trade in my vehicle so that my daughter was able to practice driving and I was able to take my mom to and from all of her medical appointments this was hugely important to me to do this trade. Because Chris and Jake made it so easy to trade the vehicle and it made me feel better about the whole situation. Now my mom will not have a hard time getting in my vehicle to go to Dr. pointman's and my daughter will be able to practice driving for her drivers test. Car buying experience altering I have put off buying a new car for 20+ years as have hated the whole experience. I was in dire need of a vehicle and started on line looking at optio I have put off buying a new car for 20+ years as have hated the whole experience. I was in dire need of a vehicle and started on line looking at options based on selling price and vehicle type. I submitted a request and Gilbert de Best, with Alan Webb Chevrolet, e-mailed be back with a couple of options that fit the bill almost right away. He then called and simply ask for more details of what I was looking for and said he would check his inventory, which he then sent over 6-8 options and suggested I come in at my convenience for a test drive. I was there within the hour and we test drove my first choice. Unfortunately, the financing piece did not work for this particular vehicle, so we looked at option 2. Gilbert was great, not pushy and worked with me at my pace. My wife was unable to be with me for signing, so Long in finance, took the time to meet with her at her place of employment to finalize all the paperwork. I will definitely go back as Gilbert has also followed up and ensuring that I had made the right choice of vehicle and if he could help with any of the technological operations of the truck.
