Worst customer service on the planet We had our engine replace last week. We drove it twice and it wouldn't start. Called Alan Webb and they said there may be a problem with the alternato We had our engine replace last week. We drove it twice and it wouldn't start. Called Alan Webb and they said there may be a problem with the alternator. They towerd it into their shop and told us our battery just happened to short out. They would replace it for $250. They said it had nothing to do with them and charged us for the tow. They jump started our car and left it on the street in a fire lane. They have taken almost $8000 from us in the last week. I would not recommend you guys to my worst enemy. More

Flat tire fixed I went in fully expecting to have to buy at least 2 new tires because of my flat. In our emergency drive after our flat we stopped at Les Schwab and I went in fully expecting to have to buy at least 2 new tires because of my flat. In our emergency drive after our flat we stopped at Les Schwab and they told us it couldn't be fixed. I had purchased the tires from Alan Webb and was glad they were able to fix it.
