After the first visit the service agent was promising to do something for the inconvenience. On the second visit and when checking out, when I inquired about his earlier comment from before his statement was “no that comes out of my paycheck”. Yet having to drive 45 minutes each way twice and to be without my car for add a day was less important than his paycheck. He shouldn’t make promises he can’t keep and definitely shouldn’t make statements like that. More

Over priced and wrong with inspection They inspected my car for a brake problem that was happening after I spent $500.00 @ Wentworth Chevy. was to cost me $20.00 for inspection it cost me They inspected my car for a brake problem that was happening after I spent $500.00 @ Wentworth Chevy. was to cost me $20.00 for inspection it cost me $75.00. then the bill came for the work that needed to be done. $891.00.This is what Alan Webb found - Right hub needed to be replaced $500.00 - brake fluid flush $99.00 - All around Alignment $199.00 and a massive unexplained oil leak. So not believing a word they said - i went to Les Schwab - right hub was fine no movement or anything else - did need the alignment that cost me $107.00 - no need for brake fluid flush nothing wrong there either. Hummmm!!!!! oh the oil leak not my car dry as a whisle. guess those people before me had the oil leak and probably was never mentioned. I my be a women but i am not completly stupid. so i guess a dealership cost more money and they dont do a good job. Les Shwab stated that the brakes grind because they use cheap product. Guess What fool me once but not twice will never deal with a dealership again dont like over paying and then being treated like a stupid women. My dad was not a stupid man and he taught me how to do all of this type of work. now that i am 63 and cars are more advanced i have to rely on someone else. but not Wentwork Chevy or Alan Webb. if the the rest of you want to go ahead but i dont like paying double for things or being lied to. Les Shwab cost $107.00 for the alignment. I did puchase two new tires because the wore down badly on the inside. that was and additional $300.00. Glad that as a women i am smart and went to Les Schwab should have gone there from the start for my brakes would not have cost me $1000.00. Thank you Les Schwab for the good work and treating me with the respect i deserve. as for Wentworth Chevy and Alan Webb - bye bye More
